I am continuing to ship to the EU
Following Brexit, the rules around VAT and import duty on EU shipments changed and are unfortunately complex. EU customers are now responsible for any VAT or import duty payable on any delivery from us (in some cases this maybe up to 40%). These charges are out of our hands and will be payable to customs in the destination country. We will provide full commercial invoices on request and are unable to label your parcel as a gift.
